UOW College Australia

UOW College Australia is one of Australia's longest operating university pathway providers.

UOW College Australia provides a supportive learning environment where students build skills and knowledge through the delivery of quality academic pathway programs, vocational courses and attracts both school leavers and mature aged students who are provided guaranteed University of Wollongong (UOW) offers at the successful completion of their pathway program. Since 1988, more than 29,000 students from 70 different countries have graduated from the College.

UOW College Australia also provides English language programs for tertiary study, IELTS preparation as well as general English and the College is an official IELTS Test and Occupational English Test (OET) Centre.

The College offers a range of other services to students including Study Tours, which are a great way to improve confidence and English proficiency, and Homestay, which allows students to live with a local family and offers programs at multiple locations including UOW’s Wollongong and South West Sydney campuses.

  • Is a registered Higher Education and CRICOS provider with higher education and English language programs accredited by Tertiary Education Quality Standards Agency (TEQSA)
  • Is a registered Training Organisation (RTO Code: 91159) and CRICOS provider with Vocational training package qualifications accredited by Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQ)
  • Has all English language programs quality assured in line with the National ELT Accreditation Scheme (NEAS)

It is also part of the University English Centres Australia (UECA) network and a member of English Australia (EA), International Education Association of Australia (IEAA), the Council of Private Higher Education Inc. (COPHE) and the Australian Council for Private Education and Training (ACPET).
