Report Wrongdoing

UOW Global Enterprises (UOWGE), which includes UOW College Australia, UOW Dubai, UOW Malaysia (all campuses), UOW College Hong Kong, and UOW India Branch, values ethical behaviour and integrity. As a group of subsidiaries of UOW, we are also bound by laws (such as the Public Interest Disclosure Act) that outline our responsibilities surrounding serious wrongdoing – how it is reported, prevented, and managed. 

To ensure that our values of Integrity, Courage and Excellence are upheld on a global scale, we are committed to having a ‘speak up’ culture where our staff, students, and affiliates are encouraged to report any conduct that they reasonably believe involves wrongdoing. Reports will be taken seriously, investigated confidentially, and may be made anonymously. Support and protections will be provided to reporters.

UOW Global Enterprises encourages staff to report all wrongdoing regardless of whether they think it is a “serious wrongdoing” as set out in the policy using the form below.

Please note, this is not for reporting academic issues, workplace grievances (e.g. bullying) or appealing decisions. Refer to the Policy for the different types of wrongdoing covered by this form. 

The UOWGE Group agencies have an arrangement under s81(2) of the PID Act whereby UOWGE Ltd will complete the following functions of all Agencies in the UOWGE Group*: 

  1. Reporting to NSW Ombudsman
  2. Training for staff
  3. Reporting to ICAC or other Integrity Agencies
